Vicks VapoRub

USE:

When you have a cold, gently rub the balm on your chest and neck, when you have a headache, on your forehead, temples and back of your neck.

INHALATION:

dissolve 1-2 teaspoons of balm in hot water (not boiling), cover your head with a towel, lean over the bowl and create a tent. Gently inhale the steam for 10-15 minutes. Repeat up to 3 times a day.

Inhalation is not recommended for children under 6 years old!!!!
