Recipe idea to cook 500gm of meat
Grind 2 onions to a fine paste and mix with 1 teaspoon of ginger-garlic paste.
Add salt and 4 tablespoons of strained yoghurt
Marinate the cut meat pieces in the above mixture for 2 hours.
Heat 4 tablespoons oil and fry 2 chopped onions in it till crisp.
Add the marinated meat and 3 teaspoons of the Golden Meat Masala.
Stir for 5 minutes and add 2 cups of water.
Pressure cook for 10 minutes.

Coriander, red chilli, turmeric, cumin, pulse, black pepper, fenugreek, dry ginger, asafoetida, mace, cassia poppy seed, cloves,nutmeg, cinnamon, cardamom, caraway, anise, garlic powder, mustartd seeds, onion powder, and salt no more than 5%.
